DESCRIPTION:Nach langem Warten geht die Saison nun endlich wieder los.\nUm sicher und möglichst unfallfrei in die Saison zu starten\, solltest du nicht einfach drauf los fahren\, sondern erstmal wieder ein Gefühl für die Maschine entwickeln. \nIn meinem Frühjahrstraining will ich mit Euch zunächst einige grundlegende Fahraufgaben in sicherem Umfeld fahren\, wie z.B. Handlingübungen im langsamen Geschwindigkeitsbereich\, wir werden etwas turnen mit/ auf dem Bike\, einen Slalom fahren\, Ausweichübungen machen\, uns an Vollbremsungen herantasten\, ein paar Übungen zur Blickführung  machen und uns an die Schräglage herantasten. \nZiel soll es sein\, wieder ein Gefühl fürs Bike zu bekommen. \nIm Anschluss fahren wir noch ein kleines Kurventraining im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr\, um die Sicherheitslinie wieder ins Gedächtnis zu rufen. \nIch würde mich freuen Euch am 11.04. zu sehen.
